I also remember from my years in High School, the school district had a network drive so each student would have access to a folder on the drive (And only their folder), and would automatically map this network folder to a drive letter. In my home, my NAS server (SAMBA on Ubuntu) only asks for authentication one-time and never asks again, and this is my experience with many other NAS solutions (Windows shares, etc). ![]() How does everyone keep their network storage protected, if it is protected.
